when I was born, the bone structure of my left side of my chest was significantly smaller than the right side. Is there a way to work out just the lefp side so it can even out with the right side? If anyone could help it would be graeetly appreciated.
mmmm...difficult one this......the first thing is to maybe ditch the bar in favour of dumbells when working the chest. the dumbells isoloate the chest more and give you a bit more freedom with technique and movement - with this in mind, you can focus more on either the left side or right side of the chest when doing a press or flies. I know through experience that when i have been working the chest with dumbells and one side of the chest is less pumped than the other, i can then focus on the weaker side whilst the other side of the chest goes through the motions. This by all accounts is an advanced technique - you may struggle with it at first, keep trying and you should be able to apply this method to your problem
If anyone has a more simple solution please post a reply to this guys problem!
