I read an article that said that drinking lots of water can actually help me loose weight. Is this true?

Yep. Fat undergoes a process called hydrolosis (prefix "hydro-" meaning "water"). Without water, you can't break down fat. Water is not the only thing you need, though. A good diet and solid training routine are also necessary.

Not to mention, it can also fill you up so you don't eat as much at meal time. Just be sure that what you DO eat is good for you.
