Hi, this is my first post and I have a question thats been bugging me lately. I am very skinny (5'10 135lbs), and I am of course trying to gain healthy weight and mass. I go to the gym now regularly, starting with like 10-15 minutes of cardio then going to weights.

My problem/question is: I guess Im very lucky to genetically have essentially no body fat, except for my belly! It's weird, im very skinny all over except for my belly which noticably protrudes. I want to get rid of that, but Im also afraid doing too much cardio will just hinder my efforts at gaining mass.

I love running, but gaining weight is more important to me... so Im not sure what I should do. Should I just start doing mad cardio until im satisfied with the belly-fat-loss and then slow way down?

As long as you have a surplus of quality calories, you will gain weight. Doing cardio makes it more difficult as you will have to eat more calories to make up for those buned.
