what you think about the Dr.Phil diet. It really does not seem like the other fad diets that are out. But would like others input. He states to lessen carbs for 2 weeks, but never says to cut them out completely. That is one thing I like about it. In my opinion, it basically helps someone change their way of easting for the better. Will be thankful for any input. Oh and also...I have a weight management class in school. At this time I don't do much working out except for walking alot. We were made to do a 40 min workout this past Thursday. Which to me for beginners can be excessive. I was so sore up until yest., I mean to the point of hardly being able to walk. Should a person wait a day and then work out again or wait until the soreness goes away? It was abs and legs. Thanks
