I haven't been physically active since highschool, and I have decided to lose weight. I have one problem area that I a really trying to lose, and it is my calves. They are huge!!! I don't kow if it because of all of the sports I played as a teen or what. But I was wondering if anyone knows of an excercise that help lose and tone them up a bit. Thanks
