Too lose wieght you need to burn more calories then you take in. But the one thing I've never known is how much calories does your body burn before exercise?

- Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
It depends on how many calories you consume during a tipical day without exersize.
EXAMPLE: Say you tipicaly consume 2800 cal per day.
Divide this by 24 (24 hours a day)
Answer: you burn 116.6 per hour without exersize.
