How do you measure the amount of calories you burn on a stationary bike? Is it an efficient fat burner? I'm 20, and about 6'3" about 183. I ride with my heart rate at about 130 for about 30 mins, is that long enough or do I need to ride longer? Thanks for any input.

130 is 65% of your max heart rate
170 is 85% of your max heart rate

30 min is plenty, but I would target 140-150. Depending on your cadiovascular health.

So how do I calculate how many calories?
