How would someone measure their C/O from working out with free weights ? Ill be basically strength training 4-5 days on 2 off with 7 days of cardio, ive been keeping a daily food log and can pin point whats going in and would like to know whats coming out, is there a set amount of calories per say per hour or by routine ? :dumbbell:
