Should I throw calisthetics into my workout routine? I work out 4 days a week: chest, arms, legs and back. Then the other 3 days I would do cardio, but Im trying to bulk now, so i wonder if I should do calisthetics in place of cardio, which Ive cut completely, those days: pushups, pullups, chinups whatever, or would that be overkill? The reason I ask is beacuse I know a guy in the marines who came back buff, and I know they do nothing but train, so I figure perhaps I should do the same. What do you think?
Also, what is better for your back, pullups or chinups?
And, should I count soy protein as part of my daily protein intake? (I mix soy milk with my whey powder).
