Hi, I am new to the board and I love doing calisthetics. I want to know if it is ok for me to alternate weeks of training. I would like to lift weights one week and do calistheics the other. I want to gain mass(but not alot) and also become really defined. Can anyone advise me on this? Thanks in advance
