I hate to run but do it anyway. But I have started this new calisthenic program that I found on the internet, and I seem to be getting the same results from it as running. Is calisthenics considered an aerobic exercise or is anaerobic like weightlifting? I would like to replace my running with this program I enjoy it so much more.
