So here’s the deal: I sometimes like to do that Russian dance thing where you bend your legs and kick them out one by one (excellent party icebreaker), but now whenever my weight’s on the right leg, I get a deep pain in my calf like a cramp or something. It just seems to be getting worse, even when I havn't done it for awhile. I think it’s also developing in the left leg too. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Nope but normally when something hurts, I don't do it any more. :)
