I agree...squats,lunges and even deadlifts are a must when it comes to a nice round tushie.
Being a woman you CAN train hard and heavy w/out getting too big and bulky (hence the absence of testosterone) It's all about diet. Good luck
Oh and it depends on how good your diet is and how well you train to determine how long it will take to see results. But I would say....after 4 good weeks of a steady routine, you'll see some great progress
