Hi everybody. I just started a freetrainers program but during the first 2 weeks there are no exercises for the trapezius.¨ Can anyone tell me why is it so. Maybe these exercises will be included later?
I think that most people aren't overly concerned with the traps early on. They may be included later on. You could do some shrugs or something if you really want to work on em.
