Hello,
I'd like to know what cardio exercise burns the most calories: Walking on a treadmill at almost a job pace, a high low impact aerobic class lasting 30 to 45 minutes, or the elliptical machine elevated for 30 minutes? I'm on a serious mission and I need all I can get.

The ellipticle trainer burns the most calories, and I would suggest you do "High Intensity Interval Training" (HIIT) for that 30 min.
Good Luck.

In a book that I had to buy for my college Weight Training class, there is a chart that breaks down the calorie usage/min/pound of dozens of exercises. The greatest calorie burner/min/pound in the book is a 5 1/2 minute mile. It says that this exercise and rate burn .131 calories/minute/pound. at my weight, for 5 1/2 minutes, that would burn 144 calories. I know that you didn't ask for what I just gave you, but there you go!
