Usually when you "bulk up" you don't do alot of cardio......maybe no more than 10mins. Cardio burns alot of calories, and you need calories to build muscle.....you might be working against your self. I have taking l carntine before and honestly I think its more mental than anything,,,i believe its a kind of amino acid.......it be better for you to get an amino acid stak,,,,that has more than one kinda amino acid.
But what ever works for you man, I don't know you metabolism or your work out schegual. Theres no magic pill to help in weigth loss or to help gain muscle.....all comes down to diet, and excercise.
