I hope this is not a duplicate thread i looked and didn't see one, but my question is simple and this issue has confused me for awhile since i never really have gotten a straight answer. When trying to acheive lean muscle how many reps/sets and what percentage of effort should you use? And the same question goes for gaining Bulk muscle. I've heard many different answers and remain confused.
u dont get bulky from working out u gain mass and strength bulking is all in your diet and i would say about 8 reps and 12-20 sets for major muscle groups 4-5 sets on each exercise
