I started working out a couple months ago. I am trying to lose weight. I have heard building muscle helps tremendously speed up your metabolism. I have pretty good lower body strength. I go running, I run stairs, etc. I just need to know how to build upper body muscle. I have been lifting for a couple months, but not hardcore. I can feel and see a little difference. My arms have grown an inch around. I cant do a whole lot of weight yet.
Bench Max - 120 (started at 90)
Curl Max - 70 (started at 45)
