In the nutrion tracker it calls for 4750 in calories and 600+ in carbs. I have heard of many issues with this, but my question lies in how much calories do you need to get that muscle to develop? Thanks again!
Actually, it's the protein consumption that will help you gain muscle mass. The calories will aid in fueling your body's needs...but the protein is what gives you mass.
