So I asked this in my introductory post but it seems I was lost in the thousands of posts haha, so I ask again. Are there some good exercises for building muscle around the hips? I am a girl who does not want to lose curviness in a quest for a leaner body. So anything? Also, what are some very effective exercises to build up the thighs, glutes, and calves? I think I know a pretty good variety, I am just confused as to how many reps I should do to maximize bulk. Also, I have been told that adding weight for each set should help build muscle.. any tips or clearing up you guys can help me with? Thank you!
