I currently have a body fat count of 10% I am 29 and weigh 138 lbs. and am 5'-6" I'm a little confused about my nutriton needs. I know I need to eat enough to feed my muscles but just how much should consume so it wont turn into fat. I have my carbs cut to a very minimum i try to consume them in the morning and afternoon. My carbs consist of apples, peaches, pears, oatmeal, an occasional bowl of dirty rice. And for protein chicken breast, chicken breast, protein shakes (45 gr of protein, 17 gr carbs 2 from sugars) and more chicken breasts. I also consume some PM slow release protein in the evening before bed. I do 30 minutes of cardio 3 days a weeks an weight training the other three days. I need to know what I might be doing wrong! I've been working out for about 10 months and i started at about 145 lbs with 23% bodyfat. Am I on the right trak or should I of been LEAN already. Keep in mind I dont wanna be to big. (I'M ONLY 5'6") Any tips would be greatly appreciated .

Doesn't sound like you have any problems! 10%BF IS lean. from 23 to 10 in 10 months? Mine hasn't gone down that much in 2 years! Great going.
