I currently take, N.O. Xplode for a pre, cell-mass for a post, and Syntha-6 fpr my protein. Was wondering if anyone out ther are taking these products? And if so what is your take on it?

No explode is the best preworkout supplement I've ever used I could be half asleep take some and be at the gym workiong my ass off in 15 min syntha 6 is great for lean muscle mass I gained a lot of fat using cell mass though

I've tried some of these products.. and yes they do give you a pump, etc., but in the long run there is no benefit in my opinion and personal use.

Nothing beats basic dedication to the gym and a careful eye on your diet.. as Carivan stated.

the only supplements with any real benefit are whey or any protein powder glutamine creatine and beta alanine along with maybe a multivitamin in my opinion
