Hilow, well im bored at home since no more school cuz of summer, im trying to learn how to breakdance. well about me, im 15, about 5" 6' tall, and weigh about 127 lbs. I gotz some big biceps and average abs. What im trying to find out is what kinda muscle do I got to work on to improve my breakdancing skillz. I know breakdancing is mostly dependent on the upper body, but I don know what the best workout I can do to be able to breakdance more easily. sooooo again I ask what type of workout and what muscle do I work on do I do to be able to break dance more easily.

Do a few minutes of dancing making note of what muscles you use, make a list if it helps. Now you should find a routine that will strengthen those muscles and your stabilizer muscles in the same area. If I remember correctly from my reading working out the stabilizer muscles will give you better form and solidness (if that makes sense). A good stretch routine would also benefit you a lot I think. But that’s all IMHO

Good luck

Things like pushups, plyometric pushups, handstand pushups and plyo handstands, 1 legged squats, etc.

Definetly flexibility. Balance is very improtant too. Loads of core work.
