Box Squat PR

My new box squat PR is 520. I paused for a good second and half on the box and then I popped up off the box. I was slightly below parallel on that one. I have been performing the dynamic effort box squats off of a box 4-6 inches below parallel. I feel that is really helping my deadlift and squat.

no chains or bands on this one. I usually use those for my dynamic days. Every so often I'll throw the bands in on the Max Effort Day. Thanks.
