They make some interesting points during the ad about the impact that your ankles and knees take while jogging or using a treadmill. Anybody have any specific concerns about using this over anything else for cardio portions of your workout? (maybe it's just really over rated and I need to just go buy an aerobic workout tape at a local garage sale instead and save myself the financing! :big_smile:)
