With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
As you start bodybuilding and becoming buff and everything, do you start losing the flexibility? Is that just a myth or is it true that you lose your flexibility once you start getting bigger. If that's the case, I don't want to be as stiff as a board, I'd still like to be as flexible or maybe even more flexible then now. Is there a way to stay flexible while still bodybuilding? And one more question, if you stretch for a period of time...maybe 2 weeks, will you start seeing any signs of better flexibility, or are you only limited to so much?
I can't remember who it was (I think tom platz) who squatted a ton of weight adn was a great Bodybuilder in the 70's could do a full split. It is good to add that in to your routine. It is possible to stay flexible and still be musclar. However I think when you get as big as say Ronnie you will be somewhat stiff!
