Hey just joined this great site im (14) years old and quite a thin person. Yeah i know what your thinking why is he here well i have for the last couple of year's been inactive and even though im quite thin and lean i bruise easily and my neck and back get stiff. Im thinking it's something that im lacking in my diet so if anyone can help me about this it would be great also any other body fitness stuff i should be doing would be great just post it at the bottom
I've heard that bruising easily can be due to a vitamin K deficiency but this is something that really only your Dr. can prescribe. Why don't you give us a run down of what you eat on a daily basis?
