I live in a apartment complex that has its own fitness center. Its nice to have, but I don't really know how to use the equipment. I asked the office, and they really don't have an idea either.

Its a Body-solid GS9 home gym. I was wondering if anyone might know how to use the different stations and maybe you can help me with this knowledge.

Thank you in advance

Hey man , i used to have a body solid g3s system , these machines are very good for training , they are made with quality,
Ok so if you have the leg press attachement it pretty easy to figure out what to do , leg presses , in the front of the machine, every seat , back rest and bar is adjustable , you can do your lateral pulldowns in the front , along with seated press, if you adjust the grip further back you can sit the other way and do back rows i believe, adjust the grip higher up in front of you and do shoulder presses, you have your leg ectension in the front as well, turn the other way and do reverse leg curls for your hams, in the back you should have a pec flye station , you can also do reverse pec flyes to work you back muscles, and if you have a cable that comes out the bottom of the machine you will be able to do seated rows , biceps , traps . and obviously you can do triceps with the lateral pulldown station , alogn with ab crunches . Hope this helps. Once you get on it and fool around a little its easy to get used to .
