It's hard to be precise on how long it will take to reach your goal. The results is different for everyone. When I started training my bf was also 27%, 1yr later iwas down to 15, now I'm at 13, but I am 5'7 170 lbs. But if you are losing 2lbs a week, are you losing lean tissue as well? Are you just doing the ab program? If so I would add some resistance training to speed up the metabolism.
Hope this helps.

carivan is correct it varies from person to person, body types, effort put in ect all play a huge role. I dropped mine by over 12% since last summer but be warned the calculator on this site is not that exact as it only takes a few measurments. Mine by that is way higher than by other more detailed methods, and i have heard other experencing the same prob.

If you get your BF checked regularly, you should see it dropping if you are really losing fat.

Also, note that everyone so far who has replied is a guy, and guys generally have a lower %BF than women- you should be aiming for around 17-20%. Any lower than that can have significant health problems (eg stopping menstruation, osteoporosis, infertility). I know the women who compete in fitness competitions here will get it down to 17 or lower, but that's only for a short period of time and it's not healthy

GymKitten is right, 14% for a female is unusually low. Generally, a very fit male measures at about 9%, where as an equally fit female is around 18%. So as you can see, 14% would put you in the ridiculously skinny range. The only people that should drop below 18% are bodybuilders that compete.
