Body fat! How to do it!

Hi! i'm 27 % body fat and want to drop to 10.What do you suggest me. Gimme something really killer. I want to go there as fast as i can. For the record i dont eat fast food nor junk foo also dont drink beer and coca. Thanks in advance!

Triad, you are off to an easy start since you don't eat junk food and cola's.
Start out buy getting the "Fat loss and toning" program here on ft which will provide you with a sound weight training regimen. Add in cardio, 5 days a week and don't rush to be superman/woman. Adjust your calorie intake and you should strat to see results within 3-6 days. Good luck, and please fill out your profile so we can give you more accurate info.

Well you could always starve yourself of carbohydrates.. no I'm kidding. In order to lose weight you have to take how many calories your metabolism requires, say 2000 calories a day, just to sustain, and then subtract calories from that. If I wanted to lose a pound of fat a week and my metabolism burned 2000 calories a day, I would have to intake 1500 calories, or 500 calories less than what I required every day.
