I got measured for the first time this morning. I weigh 187lbs. My body fat % is 17%. 155 lbm 32lb fat. What is a lean body fat %. I know that 17 is not because I still have some fat to lose but if I have 32 lbs of fat I know that I wont lose all of that and have a 0% body fat. So what is lean? How much of that 32lbs should I plan to lose?
