I really do not think the BMI calculator is all that much science. 2 people same height and weight cannot have the same so called BMI. where does muscle enter into this calculation? any comments?

You are correct. BMI does not take in to account folk who lift and stay fit. It's merely a benchmark for people to go by. I'd love to know what BB1's BMI is.
I wondered the same thing a while back when my BMI was borderline obese and my BF% was around 13%

BMI is skewed. Becasue of my muscle mass, I am morbidly obese???

hey,
charlie the shoulder is coming around pretty well for 11-1/2 mo post op. no real problems. now my right shoulder is trying to flare up......geeeeeeez old age is not for a sissy. how's your coming along?

I'm about 95%. May be all I get. I still have some pain and stiffness. Try some of your rehab exercises on that other shoulder. I still do mine on both. Glad you're ok.
