Ok im 190lbs im 6'1 i want to know what i should do.its really imporant to me...ok i dont have a big chest i want to build it bigger but my lower abs is a little chubby not alot though...i have love handles...is it possible to get a bigger chest and lose the love handles and lower abs chub at the same time...what kind a of weight training should i do or what kinda excersices is it possible...thanks you

Hello Mickey (again J) I would recommend filling out and following the ft exercise routine provided for the weight training. The weights will help build you up a bit and tone the muscles you have got. Also add cardio work to improve the fat loss (use your exercise bike and jog) and eat 5-6 times a day to boost you metabolism (see the “under 25 message board” under “anorexia” for the explanation and some other general tips).

What ever you do fat loss is non-specific, so you can’t just get rid of the “love handles” and the only way to lose calories is to burn more than you take in, but this needs to be done slowly if you try to starve your self your body will get worried and stop letting the fat get burnt. Remember to get fit you need to make changes in your lifestyle do things you can live with, otherwise as soon as the initial buzz wears off you will go back to the same old bad habits.
