I have big boobs. Sounds great eh? Only problem is I am male. I guess the proper term is pectorals. Well, from what I hear, most guys would prefer bigger pectorals. Sadly, mine are TO big. They stick out WAAAAAAAAAAYYYY farther than my stomach. I am not skinny at all, but I am not fat. I am 5'5 and 155 pounds. I know I can lose weight, but the only reason for me to lose weight would be because of my overly large pecs. I am not tall (although I will hopefully get a few more inches being that I am only 16). I don't want to be some scrawny looking guy, so to much weight loss would be a goal I am that interested in.
I have talked to my doctor concerning my man boobies. He has, on more than one occasion, reassured me that they are mostly muscle. Big woop... I still look like a fatass because of them. I am starting a routine that involves a moderate amount of pushups. Will these be beneficial to decreasing my chest size? (or at least toning them to look smaller?)
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Clean up your diet to lose bodyfat, workout your whole body to bring the rest of it into better proportion and give it some time.
As long as your doctor says you don't have a hormonal problem, it has to be fat and muscle, which you should be able to shape with diet and exercise.
Focusing solely on push-ups may have the opposite effect of what you want. Work your whole body and do cardio 2-3 times a week.
-------------- If you fall down seven times, get up eight.
