HI I WAS WONDERING IF SOMEONE COULD GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ON BICEP TRAINING.I CANNOT SEEM TO GET A GOOD PUMP ON MY BICEPS,I LIFT ARMS 2 TIMES A WEEK AND MY ARMS DON'T GET SORE LIKE THE REST OF MY BODYPARTS.I KEEP MY WRISTS STRAIGHT AND LIFT STRICT MOVEMENTS.ANY ADVICE?

Hi MWACK, welcome to FT. How many exercises, sets and reps do you do? Do you train biceps alone or do you train triceps as well? (alternate).

In order to get a good pump I'e found out that I have to train bi's and tri's together, and I usually go for 3 exercises, 4 sets, 12 reps each... that should do the trick.
