Hey, my shoulder, bicep and tricep workout calls for front dumbell raises, standing lateral raises, seated dumbell curls, standing dumbell hammer curls, lying tricep extention and dumbell kickbacks. I was wondering why I do not have to do any bench pressing, flat or incline. Would it be ok to include bench pressing with this workout? thankx:):dumbbell::)

Stick with what the plan calls for. The others you mentioned will use your shoulders only as as secondary muscles, but the ones on the plan will work specifically for the Bi's Tri's and shoulders. Save the presses to target the chest.

Benching is strictly for chest man, triceps and shoulders are secondary. Hell I dont even think you should be incorporating your shoulders in the bench. I would think that is asking for injury. But then again I am a dumb bastard.

if I may ask I just noticed this, your shoulder routine has nto military presses of any kind? May I ask why? YOu have isolation lifts for shape but no mass builders???

Trying to get the facts...isolation is for shape, so mass buildin is...compound moves? anything else?

milatary presses will help build good mas of the whole shoulder. Most people on here will agree......you need a stone before you can carve it.
