Tac,
like tt_rocker said.. having the peak is great! But if you would like to round it out - make it fuller then be sure to get full stretches on your bicep exercises and to go heavy as jpcarrao said. Inclined dumbell curls are great.. get a good stretch.

tac the same thing happened to me. I got big peaks from doing pretty much only preacher curls, barbell and dumbells. So I varied my workout to include some cheating curls (only cheating beyond failure), and incline curls. That seemed to work for me

I like doing wide grip curls to get the outside and real close grip to get that full tension. I also like hammer curls on a preacher bench. Good excercise.

Do the preacher curl with the barbell and dumbell. Also concentrate on your concentration curls

Concentration curls are great for peaking, therefore layoff for a few months. Do standing Barbell Curls (DO NOT use a curl bar), Standing Hammer Curls, Preacher Curls with a Barbell (DO NOT use a curl bar).
