5 months ago i had a partial tear in the bicep/tendon. didnt get surgrey bc the docter said there was no reason to get it bc the muslce was not ruptured. I have been in the gym for 2 weeks now and everytime i do bicep my left is getting tight and there is a slight oain in the tendon. Do u think i have reinjured this injury or is it just the scar tissue? Plz help
The best bet would be to let the injury heal all the way. It will take awhile for it to heal but you can still work out, but you're going to have to avoid exercises that put strain on that particular area or it will never heal.
