Our schools sports coaches got together and decided they wanted to get everyone in the weight room on the same program and they got together and picked one, they picked a program called B.F.S.(bigger, faster, stronger.) we do to core lifts a day plus auxilary lifts. like on monday we do 3 sets of 3 on box squats and towl bench. then we do auxilary lifts in the same day and those are 3 sets of 10. after i lift i dont' have that muscle exhaustion feel that i should have and i was wondering if anyone on here has every seen this program work, or have any suggestions for me to make it better.

sorry it took me so long menace i kept on forgetting the workout sheet at school but i finally remembered
Monday: 3x3 core lifts-towel bench and box squats
Monday:4x10 auxilary lifts-straight leg dead lift, leg press, squat jump, step ups, tricep push downs, reverse pushdowns, triangle pushups and body dips.
wednesday:3x3 core lifts-power cleans and hex bar deadlift
wednesday:4x10 auxilary lifts-curls, closegrip pullup, incline dumbell curl, hammer curls, preacher curls
friday: 3x3 core lifts- parallel squat, bench press
friday: 4x10 auxilary lifts- heavy dips, push ups,dumbell flys, peck deck, pull overs, lat pull downs, bent over rows, and reverse bench
