If we want to include BF% we should use the calcs on here. That way we are all using the same scale. It also has a chart to track it.
I did mine, and it is 20% my goal for October 31st 2003 is 15% or less.

Do we know the actual calculations here? And for men, should we put more than just our waist and weight?
