Hi,I would like to ask sth about calipers,if anyone has info about these:
-How much are they?(especially around L.A. area),
-I have no easy access to a better measurement place (like university etc) for BF so are they useful for approximate measurements at home to see the improvements in lowering BF?,
-Should I have any specific knowledge prior to use them or just the manuals are enough?

I am not sure around the LA area, however you can get them online for about $15 or so.
