I want to be able to jog 3-4 miles
Ok here is the back group, I used to be around 220 pounds, I got down to 170 doing ONLY cardio, running, cross training, this was a year back, I took a break from working out for a year and am starting again, I am at 175 now, I have some excess fat still in my lower back and thighs which I want to loose.
my main goal along with loosing the fat is the shape up and develop my stamina, i want to be able to jog around 3-4 miles
what is a good balance of weight training and cardio for me
