I'd like to know what do you think is best morning or late in the day?
I work construction so I have a physical job and am not sure which is best. I've tried both and am tired when I wake and also after work.
would like to hear your opinions and when do you work out?
Thanks, Brian

Well I work out in the late afternoon, because I am not a morning person, and I drive around in a car all day and still have energy at the end of my day.
Experts say am is the best time to work out, because you have the rest of the day to feed your body and be energised!
Hope this helps.

how do you feel after your workout? if you feel energized or rejuvinated then workout in the morning before work. if you feel tired or worn out (but obviously pumped) then do it after work. if it is the latter really work yourself up because it isn't when you work out but the intensity with which you work out. you got to do it full ass, because half assed does cut it. good luck

I love training in the morning, that gives me the rest of the day to feed my body everything that it needs, and it also allows me to worry about other things and not about whether I will be able to workout or not. But, the best time to workout is when you can make time for it. Like peopleschamp stated, it's not always the time, but how intense.

morning training burns calories faster throughout the day but you have to go all out in order for it to work
