What is the best time to take protein drinks? With breakfast, after night work out, as an in-between meal? I have 23g per serving drink mix and would like some expert advise.(well seasoned amateurs will do as well) thanks

Drink half of it immediatly after your workout and sip the rest for an hour.

Is there anything wrong with drinking a protein w/ water in the morning?
MOstly thats all i have. (around 7)... then i have an early lunch at 11.

Not as long as you have one post work out. Thats when your body needs it most.

Top choices: Post workout (as charlie says) and pre bed....
I take my PWO shake with water and the pre bed one mixed with milk
