Any suggestions for good places to buy weight benches online?

I need one that will hold at least 300 lbs. of weights. Nothing fancy, just a basic bench. Adjustable to incline and decline. Maybe with a preacher pad also. Doesn't have to have a lat tower or anything.

I've decided to try to sell this piece of crap Weider home gym I bought a while back. I'll have to eat a couple hundred bucks, but I think it's worth the investment.

The only time I've ever stuck with weightlifting was with free weights several years ago when I trained for over a year. I've tried everything and you just can't beat them. But I'm sure you all know that.

Anyway... any suggestions for good sites would be greatly appreciated. I've poked around a little on Sears.com and found one for about 160 bucks that holds 310 lbs. (Bench only), and a 300 lb olympic weight set with rubber casings for 220 bucks.

Is that pretty much the going rate, or are there better deals out there?

Thanks in advance.

look around there. They seem to have some pretty good products/prices.

I saw a book titled \"Sex for Dummies\" and wondered why
anyone would teach dumb people how to reproduce?

Garage sales or even gyms in the area who may be getting rid of their old stuff. You can find some pretty good buys sometimes. Give all of the gyms in your area a call and see if they have anything they may be getting rid of, and offer to take it off their hands.

Excellent! Thanks man.

But I need to find out how much total weight it will hold (including barbell and weights).

I weigh 275 by myself. :)

just so happens i have that bench tro said to get
I am 370lbs myself and do 325 squats of it so it should fit your purpose i believe it holds 400lbs person and 700 lbs on the rack and its great because it adjusts from squat height to flab/decline bench height
