Please post your daily diets if you can. The nutritional plan on this site just told me to eat 5700 calories. Are they nuts?
Anyway I have just went from 265 to 365 in 15 months. I was in school full time and had other pressures. That is no excuse. I have been active and healthy up to that point with a backgroung in college football and weight lifting.
I know how to work out but my diet stinks. I need a day by day diet of what to eat and when.
On the biggest loser that guy jeff lost 100 lb in 9 weeks. That might be a litle crazy but I have lost 100 pounds before and kept it off for 5 years. I want to lose a pond a day. 90 lbs in 90 days, that is my plan, but I need a diet.
So please somebody help. I need a hardcore diet, low carb/atkins seems to work the best for my body to lose weight.

The initial 10- 20 lbs may come off really quickly...but rest will drop more slowly...this is healthy and you will more likely keep it off if it is a slower drop.

Based on the little calculation that Carivan posted a while back, I would say shoot for around 4300 cals as opposed to 5700. Get onto the Specific Diets and nutrition forum and print a copy of the Bodybuilders Grocery List(it's got a little sticky at the top). Try to pick the majority of your foods from that list, and you should start to see some changes.

Thanks for the info. How does this sound.
Wake up.
AM Cardio first thing. Wait an hour.
Water before all meals.
Meals every 3 hours. (4-5 daily)
Meals contain @700-900 calories. (THAT SEEMS LIKE ALOT)
What else can I do to supercharge my weight loss?
Can you give me an example of a typical day of meals?
I really have problems with what foods to eat. I am trying to go high pro/low carb.
Thanks a million

If you've browsed around the site very much, I'm sure you've seen where there's been dozens of posts that tell people they aren't eating enough. :) You have to track what you eat till you get in a groove but once your metabolism speeds up, it gets easier.

Keep it simple..your ideal weight times 10. that's how many calories you eat, then divide by 6. So if you want to be 250lbs, eat 2500 calories and divide by 6 equals 416 calories per meal. Do not eat any white sugar, white flour and NO CARBS after 4pm. Eat whole foods only...veges, fruit, oatmeal, brown rice and sweet potatoe, lean meats and a little nuts. Do cardio when you wake up on empty stomach and at night before bed. 30-45 minutes.........ARE YOU READY? Say good bye to weight. 21 days to break a habit and create a new one. No days off for the first 21 days then you can take Sundays off.

"21 days to break a habit" souds like a little Zig Ziglar. Thanks for the information. It makes more sense now. What are the best foods to eat. What goes good with Chix breast Rice? Good or bad? I hear high carb but every one eats it. SAme with potatoes? What is the deal.

BB1 says that rice and potatoes have their place in the food chain. There are deffinately things out there that are better for you (ie sweet potatoes or brown rice) but from what I have read, rice and potatoes in moderation are fine unless you are trying to get really cut.
As far as what goes good with chicken breast...any veggie pretty much, beans, rice, salads, whole wheat pasta...the list goes on and on!
