In the Body For Life book a handful of the exercise are demonstrated on an Atlantis adjustable bench. I'm interested in getting someting like that for my basement. Who makes a solid, well-padded, relatively inexpensive bench that I can set flat and in various types of incline/decline? I'm presently using a cheesy Weider bench set flat for bent-over rows and would like something more substantial for other exercises as well.
Any online dealers you'd care to recommend?
Thanks,
Cb

Body Solids makes a decent bench. Flat/Incline. They go for around $250. Cdn, should be less in Usa.

Try fitnessfactory.com. They sell body solid and other brands as well. Generally, they have good deals going including free shipping.
