I used to weigh 195 lbs and now I have jumped up to around 240 after a injury and I couldn't work out for a while. I am a 24 year old man. I still have my strength but I need to do some cardio to help better shape up my body such as my stomach, thighs, and those kind of areas. What would be the best choice of cardio for me to do to achieve my goal and reach my weight of 200lbs. I try to work out 5 times a week. Chest on Mondays, Arms on tuesday, Shoulders and back on wed, legs on thurs. I try to do some cardio before and after my workouts for 15-20 minutes, but I am not seeing any real results. My diet is pretty clean, wakeup and grill steak and egg whites. Tuna or salmon for lunch. Grilled chicken and vegetables for dinner. I drink no sodas or eat any sweets. Why wont this weight start coming off? thanks for any help.

its not just what eat but how much of it at your weight if you wanna lose fat you have to create a calorie deficiency prob if you are working out like you say then you are there just need to track cals keep it about 2300 round abouts
but for cardio do a fitbuddy search on HIIT, unless thats the type of cardio you are doing that 15-20 prob isnt doing a whole lot
