im the opposite,i can do more on my close grip..theres nothing wrong just maybe your close grip will get better after your triceps catch up..on close grip it really relies on alot of tricep being worked...what can help is doin some close grip pushups on your tricep days..

What do mean by wrong? Did you expect your close grip to be a lot less?

Well...I can't say if you are doing anything wrong without seeing your bench. But, at 155 I would really worry about it. In fact, I wouldn't really max out. You need to do more rep work. If you want to max out. Try aiming for a 3-5 rep max instead of singles.
As a side note, the triceps are big contributers to the bench press as are the delts. I would even go so far to say that they contribute to 50-70% of lift depending on your form. With that said, I don't think that it is that unusual to have close grip 10lb less then your max 155. Also, what are calling close grip. To me, close grip is pointer finger on or next to the smooth part of the bar. That is about 5-6 inches in on either side from my regular grip. If you are only moving your hands in like 1-2 inches, I wouldn't expect that much decrease in weight.
