look in the powerlifting thread.......under west side template........it shows how to increase bench, dl, and squat.

btw if your into football........bench I don't think should be your main concern. Speed ,leg power and core strength should be you main concern , not a 300lb bench.

yep squat, deadlift, cleans should be primary concern for football....
I am not sure you have the time to do the westside program doing Max and Dynamic days....so I would just do a day of max strength day....
try
these exercises and rotate them every other week
Floor Barbell Presses/Board Bench press/Regular Bench Press (12*,3,3,2)
Floor DB Flyes/Close Grip Bench Press(12*,3,3,3)
Dips(3,3,3)-use weight...so that u can do just these reps...
